We recently stayed at a hotel in Venice over Christmas and there were a few things that we really liked. the staff were friendly and cute. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were always ready to help with any request. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and surrounded by beautiful canals. Lastly, the rooms werevery comfy and tidy, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for our stay.

The waitresses were friendly and the coffee was okay. We had a great location; only about 300m from San Marco Piazza and there were plenty of restaurants and a market nearby. The staff was nice and friendly, and they even helped us with information about the vaporetto to Burano/Murano. The room was clean and despite being small, it had a quaint charm to it. The bathroom was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were super friendly and always willing to help with any information I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, so close to St Marco's square and many top tourist attractions. It was also close to the boat stop, making transportation very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were great.

Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions and water taxi drop-off. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was reasonable.
There was also a strong smell of damp in the bathroom, and the air conditioning had a musty odor. we could hear rats scurrying around at night, uncomfortable to leave the windows open.
